This smooth pendant has been created with my rainbow colour palette. I've hand-cut 2 pieces of smooth Dichroic glass, then after my firing process the characteristics of the the glass come into play. There's a feature course crinkle piece in sunburst yellow to contrast the abstract rainbow pattern with hues of purple/blue, green, blue, pink, lavender and dark terracotta in the glass. There's a dynamic striped texture in soft pink with blue lines, crinkle purple, smooth green and gold hues, rustic red and fusions of purple, clear rainbow abstract and patterned layered on the clear turquoise blue which has given the glass depth. I've hand-cut 10 pieces of Dichroic glass to this 4 layered design in the beautiful rainbow tones. The characteristics of the glass come into play after my firing process.
