I've hand-cut 2 pieces of smooth and textured Dichroic glass, framed on a black base, then after my firing process the characteristics of the glass come into play to become a beautiful fine crinkle honey oat with a subtle reflection of yellow and a featured floral texture in honey gold with hints of green/blue and yellow in the glass. This drop pendant has a smooth finish with a slightly organic shape as a result of my kiln firing process. The blue hue in the pendant has come to life, showcasing the beautiful contrast of mid-turquoise, surrounded by the deep veins of blue/purple. This drop pendant has been fired twice to achieve my desired textured finish. Although my silver colour palette doesn't have the range of my other colour palettes, I always have fun and love being challenged to produce another unique piece.
