Silver Drop Pendant – DP201

This drop pendant has been fired twice to achieve my desired textured finish. Although my silver colour palette doesn’t have the range of my other colour palettes, I always have fun and love being challenged to produce another unique piece. In this piece I managed to use 6 different silver pieces of Dichroic glass with incredible results, including 2 of my limited edition patterned glass in silver/black and 2 different clear reds that give depth to the glass.

Capturing the true lustre of my glasswork through the camera lens – simply does not do it justice. It’s only when you physically see it, you notice the beautiful colours shining through.

The inspiration for my drop pendant came from a blend of cultures while travelling throughout Asia with its vibrant sights and colours. This drop pendant would be complemented by wearing with a silver choker or chain.
