Silver Fan Pendant – F228 Brisbane

I’ve hand-cut 6 pieces of Dichroic glass to this 3 layered design in the classic silver colour palette. The characteristics of the glass come into play after my firing process. There’s a smooth vibrant red on silver for the base, a fine crinkle silver and accented with a dramatic silver/black ‘zebra’ pattern. This delicate ‘Brisbane’ fan pendant would look fantastic on a silver choker or chain.

Capturing the true lustre of my glasswork through the camera lens – simply does not do it justice. It’s only when you physically see it, you notice the beautiful colours shining through.

This elongated Fan shape pendant I named ‘Brisbane’ as I wanted to provide an Australian edge to some of my handmade pieces.
