This signature pendant has been created applying my distinctive colour placement technique. Using my colour palette rich in purples, I've hand-cut incredibly 20 pieces of Dichroic glass, then after my firing process the characteristics come into play. There's organic and tactile textures in purple/green that also reflects more green/purple, a green/metallic purple, a floral texture in silver with a reflection of blue, a striped texture in deep purple that also reflects green, a fine crinkle purple and silver, smooth clear purple and contrast with smooth deep ocean blue in the glass. My hand etched 'Bonsai' tree pendant is framed in black to give strength to the symbol. The once smooth Dichroic glass has altered after my firing process to become a beautiful crinkle texture in silver, that also has a reflective hue of light duck-egg blue in the glass.
