This smooth pendant has been created with my green colour palette. I've hand-cut 8 pieces of Dichroic glass, then after my firing process the characteristics of the glass come into play. There's a course crinkle lime green, a regal royal blue circle texture, a floral texture of emerald/blue, a smooth fusion of blues and finally I've used a beautiful emerald green off-centre which has blue lines through the glass. Once its been through my firing process, the characteristics of the glass come into play with an incredible hue of green/purple that also highlights the random splatters of green in the glass. This unique signature pendant has been created applying my distinctive colour placement technique. I've hand-cut 17 pieces of Dichroic glass from my blue colour palette, then after my firing process becomes a beautiful mix of textures but in this case all in one base colour. The rich deep blue/purple is showing as a dominant organic and tactile glass, a floral texture and striped glass, all being dramatically contrasted with 2 different silvers - a course crinkle and my clear limited edition 'fibre' patterned glass.
