This rectangular smooth pendant has been created with my purple colour palette. I've hand-cut 3 different pieces of Dichroic glass, then after my firing process the colours and textures become enhanced. There's a limited edition 'braid' pattern in rich purple/black, a textured silver/blue and a fine textured light purple. Specially created for the lovers of purple! Capturing the true lustre of my glasswork through the camera lens - simply does not do it justice. It's only when you physically see it, you notice the beautiful colours shining through. I've hand-cut 7 pieces of Dichroic glass for this design using my beautiful purple colour palette - textures of silver with a hint of blue, a course crinkle purple, smooth deep purple with a tinge of green, a wavy vivid texture of purple/pink, a textured side feature of clear silver, layered with my limited edition clear feathery silver pattern to bring it all together. I've hand-cut 27 pieces of Dichroic glass, in a vast mixture of textures. patterns and smooth glass, then after my firing process the characteristics of the glass come into play. The clear royal blue centre gives depth to the cross which is surrounded by a full rainbow spectrum of colours, in hues of blue, green, yellow, orange, pink, purple and silver. I've hand-cut 30 pieces of Dichroic glass, in a vast mixture of textures. patterns and smooth glass, then after my firing process the characteristics of the glass come into play. The once smooth glass has now become fine or course textures, with the light pink crinkle glass centre drawing your eye to the variety of pink hues in the cross. There is a full colour spectrum on my cross in hues of blue, green, yellow, orange, pink, purple and silver. It's a truly unique piece of wearable art!
