Purple Textured Pendant – LP602 Launceston

I’ve hand-cut 7 pieces of Dichroic glass for this design using my beautiful purple colour palette – textures of silver with a hint of blue, a course crinkle purple, smooth deep purple with a tinge of green, a wavy vivid texture of purple/pink, a textured side feature of clear silver, layered with my limited edition clear feathery silver pattern to bring it all together. Simply gorgeous!

Capturing the true lustre of my glasswork through the camera lens – simply does not do it justice. It’s only when you physically see it, you notice the beautiful colours shining through.

I named this textured pendant ‘Launceston’ as I wanted to provide an Australian edge to some of my pieces when I started on my glass journey many years ago.
