Blue Fan Pendant – F401 Asia

I’ve hand-cut 10 pieces of Dichroic glass in this 4 layered design in the beautiful blue tones. The characteristics of the glass come into play after my firing process.  There’s a beautiful clear turquoise blue on silver for the base, a fabulous limited edition blue/black ‘coil’ pattern, accented with a shiny smooth silver and topped with the clear turquoise to bring it all together. This ‘Asia’ fan pendant would look striking on a silver choker or chain.

Capturing the true lustre of my glasswork through the camera lens – simply does not do it justice. It’s only when you physically see it, you notice the beautiful colours shining through.

This wide Fan shape pendant I named ‘Asia’ is inspired by 3 reasons – my Chinese heritage, travel throughout Asia and my fan collection in my home.
