This organic shape textured pendant has been created with my green colour palette. I’ve hand-cut incredibly 11 pieces of Dichroic glass, then after my firing process the characteristics come into play. The once wavy texture pattern in green with blue lines has softened, as with the green with bold blue lines and the cyan/green floral texture. There’s a smooth fusion of blues, a course crinkle of soft green, a smooth clear dark royal blue, a clear lime green that gives depth along with the clear green with abstract black lines in the glass. This pendant is definitely one of a kind!
Capturing the true lustre of my glasswork through the camera lens – simply does not do it justice. It’s only when you physically see it, you notice the beautiful colours shining through.
My textured pendant collection is always evolving and I continue to have lots of fun with my vast array of Dichroic glass that I managed to collect over 12 years!
